Harden the MVP into an enterprise-grade, security-audited launchpad on Solana mainnet-beta within a strict five-week window, running smart contract, frontend, and infrastructure tracks in parallel.

• 01Completed the Anchor program: PDA-held escrow with timeout refunds, automated DEX graduation via CPI into Raydium, slippage and anti-snipe constraints, and compute-unit optimisation across every instruction.
• 02Moved upgrade authority behind a 2-of-3 Squads multisig and wrote the full audit package covering accounts, seeds, error tables, CPI flows, and state invariants.
• 03Built 40+ unit tests, full launch-to-graduation lifecycle integration tests, adversarial and overflow cases, plus 15+ automated browser flows in CI.
• 04Delivered tiered multi-RPC failover across three providers, WAF and rate limiting, pgBouncer pooling with tuned indexes, and Sentry/Grafana observability with paging on p95 breaches.
• 05Ran load tiers at 100, 1k, and 5k concurrent users, then drove auditor remediation to sign-off and executed a staged mainnet launch with recovery runbooks and recorded knowledge transfer.
